GLC "BIG SCREEN" FT. KANYE WEST
My second cameo this week! lol... I'm hot! Haha... Actually you don't really see me in this one too much... GLC had all the fam from Chi make an appearance in the video... As mentioned before on my blog, this is the first single off of the compilation album "True to the Game" of which proceeds benefit the Negro League Museum in KC... Shouts out to GLC, Geno and Stadium Entertainment for making this project a reality!!

As a fellow lifestyle connoisseur, dabbling in the world of sports and fashion; what’s next on your plate?
Immediately speaking I am working with Stadium Entertainment and the release of the new compilation album “True to the Game”. The first single on the album is GLC ft. Kanye West “Big Screen”, the proceeds from the album sales benefit The Negro League Museum in KC. We are in the process of creating/implementing a strategic program which will be activated across the entire MLB season and will aim to build a bridge and close the gap between America’s favorite pastime and the young urban trendsetting community who have recently turned their heads to baseball.
What’s the biggest misconception people may have about California?
Good question… I would say that “Everyone here is fake or full of false dreams”… Like anywhere, you choose your circles of friends and influence - I have been blessed to fall into the right circles. LA is a city for the dreamer and the go-getter, many people out here talk about big plans and dreams which to me is beautiful. This is a place that is fertile for a dreamer, a thinker and a mover. I’ve seen brands go from conception to realization; new collaborations and partnerships formed out here that reshape our lifestyle and culture. To me LA is the land of opportunity and it’s a place where it’s ok to think outside of the box and have a dream. I embrace that and enjoy the creativity and drive that surround me.

My man Chris Robinson of Robot Films called in your boys JL to partner up for the new Keri Hilson, Kanye West and Ne-Yo video "Knock You Down"... Chris wanted us to create an environment that mirrored a fly JL party - you know, that fly LA shyt...

THROWBACK FILM
ALFIE...
One of my favorite movies... The end of this film is really dope and the message is pretty good... "Old Habits Die Hard" by Mick Jagger quickly became one of my favorite records... It's definitely true... Old habits die hard and if you want something, truly want something you better be ready to go thru the pain of dying to habits that have kept you from your dreams... tough lesson to learn... "Shaggin birds" can get old for anyone I suppose...

POPS AND METS KEEPIN IT GANGSTA!
I'm down here in Port St. Lucie for the Mets Spring Training and thought I heard the team take the field to Fabulous' "Keepin' it Gangsta"... I thought I was hearing things until I saw this story on Metsblog.com.... Ya'll better look out for us this year!!!
BIG SCREEN VIDEO SHOOT!
On Monday we shot the "Big Screen" video for GLC ft. Kanye West... The video takes place in the 40's at fly jazz club... GLC and Geno hit me up and asked that I make a quick cameo in the video as the party was going to be taking place at a JL Hollywood party but in the 40's... Look for your dude when the video drops... I was extremely honored to be in the video as this single is a part of a much bigger project -"True to the Game" a compilation CD which benefits The Negro League Museum... I wrote about the CD back in September, (PEEP HERE)... So as you can imagine I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of it... My man Marcus shot some behind the scenes footage which I should have in few days and will definitely post up for all you to see... Thanks again to GLC!!!
